4. VIDEO SUBMISSION POLICY

The content does not contain illegal, explicit, hateful, or misleading material

rTube does not guarantee that submitted videos will remain available on YouTube. Removal by YouTube is outside our control.

5. EARNINGS, REWARDS & PAYMENTS

Earnings are based on platform rules and user participation

Reward rates may change at any time without prior notice

Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on compliance

Important:

Fraudulent or suspicious activity voids all earnings

Withdrawals may be delayed for verification

rTube reserves the right to adjust balances if abuse is detected

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or permanently terminate any account if:

Terms are violated

Fraud or abuse is suspected

Platform security is threatened

Termination may occur without prior notice, and remaining balances may be forfeited.

rTube does not guarantee YouTube monetization approval

rTube is not responsible for YouTube account strikes or bans

Platform availability may be interrupted due to maintenance or technical issues

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

rTube is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

rTube is not responsible for loss of revenue, data, or reputation
